We needed a place to sleep for the night, pretty much checked in watched a movie and fell asleep. In the morning breakfast was complementary and on time. We then checked out and had no issues. Everyone was quick responding and happy to help us!!

The staff at this property was extremely friendly and very helpful. I traveled with two young children and two elderly parents and the staff really helped out with extra attention to us. Very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed here over the wizarding Weekend in Kent because it was one of the few places with openings at that point and reasonable priced. Even for that price though, we were still kind of disappointed. The shower curtain was gross and needed replaced or bleached at least, the tub had stains, and other areas looked barely cleaned. The hotel definitely needs some updates, you can tell a lot of it is really old. The beds were comfortable, and we didn’t have any issue with noise. The breakfast was mostly grab and go except for the waffle maker.
