The room was very clean. The staff were super helpful and nice. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was both the bed and the couch were very firm and uncomfortable.

For the price this was a great place. The beds initially felt hard, but were actually very comfortable (I have a top end mattress at home). Room & common areas were clean. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only downside, we were on the 2nd floor and could hear those in the room above walking around.

The pool was smaller than expected, but warm and relaxing regardless. The space is well-kept, and staff were friendly and professional. After a group of teenage athletes cleaned out the breakfast area, food was quickly replenished. My room was very clean, but I have two small complaints - the refrigerator in the room kept making weird sounds, and my door was slightly jammed and I had to push and pull extra hard to make sure it was closed.
