Around a 10-minute walk to the nearest shopping center ( Safeway, CVS, Chipotle, Starbucks, Domino’s Pizza ) \-5 minutes drive to UMD (University of Maryland) 15-minute drive to downtown Silver Spring and a 30-minute drive to downtown DC, very centric. \-The apartment is a completely separate building that sits over a detached garage NOTE: Work trucks are parked at the property & we head to work at 7 AM on Weekdays only The space \-2 Bedrooms, each with a Queen Bed. The Main Bedroom has a love seat and an access door to the bathroom. An extra airbed can also be arranged if needed. \-Fully furnished Kitchen with Microwave, Fridge, Electric Stove, and plenty of cabinets and counter space. \-The dining table is ideal for enjoying brunch in the morning. \- Now, you can enjoy the outdoors on a newly cemented patio and take in the vibrant autumn leaves. \-The unit is equipped with both air conditioning and heating. The apartment is a completely separate building that sits over a detached garage. Also, just so you know, the apartment is upstairs, in case that's a consideration. \-Pets accepted, and a large yard for your dog walking; please pick up after the dog does his thing \-PLEASE NOTE: that work trucks are parked at the property, and we leave for work at 7 AM on weekdays only. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, the bathroom and bedrooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Check-in and parking were smooth and hassle-free. The yard was a great bonus, and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. Great communication from the host in answering any questions we had. The mini-split systems did an excellent job regulating the temperature in each room, which made the space very comfortable. Overall, it’s a cute and cozy place—perfect for a small family.I gave the "accuracy of listing" a 4/5 because the apartment is located above a garage.
