Welcome to Nook on Nowra! Located just off the GOR is the hidden gem of Simpson, positioned centrally to all our great region has to offer! Whether it’s following the artisan trail, hiking the Otways or taking in the stunning coastline, it’s all in easy drive of Simpson.
Nook on Nowra has been recently renovated and offers plenty of space and comfy beds, making it a great base for exploring. Tucked away in a quiet court it is a short walk to the Ball and Chain Hotel for dinner.
When you enter the back door, you’ll find yourself in a sunlight dining area with seating for six. Off the dining area is the recently renovated kitchen, equiped with a new oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich press and even a Thermomix! Basics such as tea, coffee, sauce, salt and pepper, oil, and glad wrap are supplied for guest use.
Adjoining the kitchen and dining area is the cosy living space, which includes a smart TV and heating and cooling via a split system unit. There is a sofa bed that pulls out to a double bed (bedding supplied on request at booking).
The three bedrooms include a queen, double, and set of bunkbeds. There are plenty of pillows to choose from, and extra blankets in the cupboard.
The full bathroom includes a shower equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a bath for those who like to have a soak. The laundry includes new Westinghouse front load washing machine and heat pump dryer.
There is plenty of offstreet parking, and a large spacious yard (not securely fenced at this stage). A barbecue and outdoor setting are located in the shed.
Access is via a key safe at the back door. Wifi is currently via a portable Telstra router, which will be converted to Starlink in mid Nov.
A portacot and high chair are available on request.
