Reasonably priced, micro and frig. Comfortable bed, lots of tv channels. Plenty of close to room parking walkable dinner type restaurant with tasty food. No real amenities. bathroom had no shelf for supplies or trash can. Seemed like some guests lived there. Easy drive to Falls Park and downtown. Very easy access to highway. Great base if not spending much time at the hotel. Staff was friendly but minimal.

Room was set to 86F a reeked of cigarettes. Suspicious activities going on in the parking lot. Lots of mystery stains in bedding. Nice TV. Staff was friendly. Great price but target what ya pay for!

Yuck, would not stay again

If you're looking for a quick rest in a questionable area this is your stop. I had no idea where to check in, had no prior details from the motel and nobody answered the phone number listed. I finally messaged the motel through Hotels.com and was told to check in at the motel next door. That employee was no friendly, snapping "No bathroom," when I asked where the restroom was located. After checking in I walked back across the parking lot to find what I can only describe as sketchy. The door looked like at some point somone tried to break in. The spider in the bathtub and I made friends. Hope you don't want WiFi or need shampoo because there was one bar of soap and no WiFi password. Too exhausted after a long day I slept in a clean bed with decent pillows. Afraid of someone busting it, I tried putting the chair under the door knob....alas, too short. The room was decently clean. The place is noisy being right near a busy street. The visitors (bunnies) were cute. Suffice to say I lived and we'll see when I get to the parking lot if my vehicle was vandalized. Would not recommend unless you're looking for a bender crash pad or a place for a drug deal.

Rooms are nice but it smells like mold, water leaked in the door on both floor. I had 2 rooms ,no coffee pot ,kleenex or hair dryer. Staff was very pleasant. New flooring was squishy.

Location great for overnight to the airport only 10 min drive. Had to go to other hotel across parking lot to check in and out, but easy. Had some trouble with the door lock. Shade wouldn't stay down had to use desk to hold it pinned against wall. Old microwave but it worked. Wouldn't want to hang out here, but I was only there 9pm-6am. Bed was fine and plenty of hot water.

To start the check-in was ridiculous, the room, door frame had obviously been forcibly entered more than once, there was garbage on the floor, stains on the bedding multiple stains, the air conditioning unit worked but the directional piece was broken, the table and chairs had food residue on them. I checked out around 9pm and found other accommodations. Zero stars would not recommend

The room smelled awful. The smoke alarm was sounding when we opened the door. The room was stifling. The a/c unit was LOUD and not effective. There was no cold water at the sink. There were no amenities except one small bar of soap. Their response to everything was that they would call maintenance in the morning. We were only staying one night. The door stuck and we had trouble getting the lock to open We asked for a new room and was told no "all rooms were booked, " however there were many rooms without cars in front of them. Just wondering
