“We enjoyed the apartment very clean and accurate listing. We have a couple of suggestions going forward:1) the shower in master bathroom moves around during shower time. 2) have shower gel and soap in shower. 3) better description for garbage; ie. recycling items and where to place them. 4) better instructions for stovetop. We needed to use YouTube videos to determine how to operate stovetop. I requested a late check out. Received an approval with no further explanation. On day of departure……

“Property is advertised as being on the canal. It is not on the canal. Property is up on the 5th floor with no elevator. I advised the owner that I was injured but no assistance was offered to help with the bags up the stairways. It is quite a task, especially when injured. The place was not in great shape with loose cords all over the place. There were clothes in the wardrobe. There was partially eaten food in the fridge and the fridge needed a clean. The shower was quite small. We were……

“The location is great, near metro station and supermarket. Only there's no elevator.”

“We stayed 3 nights. It is 5 minutes from Metro and supermarket. Although the apartment is near the beach, there is no seaview and all units are situated at ground floor. The unit and the garden are facing the road with no privacy. Kitchen is ok but the maintenance of the unit is no good. Shower head, exhaust fan are not functioning well. ”

“Vibrant neighborhood full of activity. Well situated to beach and parks with just a 5 minute walk to the metro, market and a range of lovely restaurants and coffee shops. Apartment well supplied and comfortable. We appreciated most the little balcony and the comfy bed linens. Lastly, there always seemed to be friendly staff around to help with questions. This is a great neighborhood and building and we highly recommend it for value and amenities. We’ll be back to friendly Copenhagen! ”

“Throughout our stay in the apartment, our stay has been pretty great. The air con provided definitely helped very much against the surprisingly hot weather. The blackout curtains and comfy beds assisted us to have a restful stay. The bathroom and kitchen areas were pretty good with the stove being well-functional. The overall outlook of the hotel Wa quaint and chic”

“Location has good access to everything but is in the heart of the most touristy area. Bathrooms very basic and water from shower gets everywhere, which is very common and fine, but people should be aware if that will be an issue for you. Security gate rarely closes and stayed open most nights. Prevents opening windows on ground and first floor at night. Was hot weather so sleeping with closed windows was stifling.”

“We absolutely loved August’s apartment. It was spacious and the roof deck was gorgeous. Everything was very clean and it had everything we needed. We would stay here again for sure. August was very attentive and communicative and was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. The ONLY downside was that it is a sixth floor walk up which was not in the online listing. I have a bad knee, so 94 stairs between the street and the apartment was a bit rough. ”

“The little blue house is a lovely quaint property which suited us as a family of 5 . The location for access to all things Copenhagen was also good Our only critique was the outside noise , unfortunately the bars close by are open until mid morning (4-5am) and the noise is unbearable at times . Suggest earplugs and a noise machine if you have one . ”
