We have a couple of suggestions going forward:1) the shower in master bathroom moves around during shower time. 2) have shower gel and soap in shower. 3) better description for garbage; ie. recycling items and where to place them. 4) better instructions for stovetop. "Vibrant neighborhood full of activity. Well situated to beach and parks with just a 5 minute walk to the metro, market and a range of lovely restaurants and coffee shops. Apartment well supplied and comfortable. We appreciated most the little balcony and the comfy bed linens. Lastly, there always seemed to be friendly staff around to help with questions. "We absolutely loved August’s apartment. It was spacious and the roof deck was gorgeous. Everything was very clean and it had everything we needed. We would stay here again for sure. August was very attentive and communicative and was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. The ONLY downside was that it is a sixth floor walk up which was not in the online listing. I have a bad knee, so 94 stairs between the street and the apartment was a bit rough. "

"Booked the Lounge access room and the room allocated was great, lounge is OK to repair to at days end. Loved the breakfast and huge credits to Mostafa- he was brilliant, caring and fun to talk to. The breakfast area was pristine, not a finger mark on the toaster and choice was great. Staff generally were lovely and we would always come back! STROMMA HOHO bus stops right out front, close to railway stations and waterfront for sundowners. 🙏"

"Room was ready early which was a nice surprise. Staff at desk very friendly We hadn't a clue about using card in lift noone had said. We couldn't work air con my husband went down 3 times till a member of staff came back up with him and blamed us for opening the window which we hadn't touched. I asked for a fan as room so hot that never arrived. Towels and room wasn't cleaned even when we booked it in following the procedure. Breakfast was outstanding and staff were on top of clearing up Overall the cost could have been a little lower for what we had."

"Really great vibe and loas of awesome amenities. Beds were comfortable and the shower was good. Locker system was super handy. The rooftop bar was good, drinks were affordable. Location is awesome, right next to the central station and Tivoli gardens. AC was not quite enough in the recent heat wave. We had it blasting on the coldest setting the whole time, and the room was still warm. The room could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom. We received no change of towels or servicing during our 3 night stay. Given the heat, most of us were showing more than once a day and a single towel just didn't cut it. Furthermore, no hand towel or bathmat was provided."
