“Nice property. Lots of room. It was 10am and check out was 11am. My wife and I chose to spend some quality time together with the remaining hour. About 10 after 10 I thought i heard something. About 3 seconds later I hear someone exclaim and saw a person turning around leaving. 2 things wrong with this. Number one no one announced themselves when entering our room and number 2 as soon as you open the door you could see travel bags and personal belongings but yet this person had to come……

“I had to leave just an hour after checking in. The sheets were dirty and had hair from previous guests. I asked the front desk for another room, but the second room had the same issue and also a strong, unpleasant cleaning odor. I’m currently working with Expedia to get a refund because the hotel conditions were unacceptable, and I ended up having to go out at night to find a different place to stay.”
