“The neighborhood is not good. There was a moldy and smoke smell and within 15 minutes we were getting headaches. The upstairs bedding did not smell clean. The walls above stove in kitchen were greasy. Light switch was missing the switch plate cover. We didnt end up staying. We found another place for the night. Also, there is no central AC. Just a couple window units.”

“Can't say enough good things about this place! We loved our stay, and every night in Buffalo we looked forward to coming back to the apartment. John was very accommodating and did a fantastic job with remodeling the unit. The ambient/recessed lighting was on point. The kitchen cabinets and hardwood floors were high quality. No detail was spared. He also was very thoughtful in the items he made available to guests: personal care items like hair dryers, face towels, bath towels, baby wipes, etc....

“We had such a fun family trip to Niagara Falls and this house was perfect for what we needed. We were on vacation with two parents in their 80's and we needed the accessible downstairs bedroom and bathroom with handrails. There were no other properties near the Falls that had these available. We were able to walk to everything, and my parents rented mobility scooters and went everywhere with us. “The house was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and Alan and Valerie were great with communication, providing lots of details. We walked to the state park for all the American side falls activities and also walked across the Rainbow Bridge for the Canadian side activities. Getting the tour package for the Canadian side is totally worth it - saves time and money, includes free transit, and they’ll help you plan out your timed visits.
