“wonderful location of the hotel. breakfast was fine. The position of the air-conditioner in the penthouse is right above the head on the left and somehow it had some strange noise. Had to sleep with the air-con off for several nights. Fortunately it was not too hot. Knew the room was fairly small when booking, not complaining, just left the luggage on the plank in the toilet and covered it with a raincoat bought from a museum . Problem solved. Couldn't leave it on the floor due to knee problems.……

“Fantastic hotel, situated on the waterfront, in the old town. Staff were ultra-professional, helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff worked tirelessly to ensure a wonderful, relaxing experience. Breakfast choices were incredible. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean, cosy and comfortable. Gym and sauna great. ”

“5 star accommodations, service, and location. Recommend taking advantage of the spa. Book a massage for the morning, tour about during the day and come back for a sauna, steam, and the hydropool in the evening - for one price. The Vasa museum and a 75 minute boat tour are musts. Superior room w harbor view was worthwhile too. ”

“The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.”
