Poor customer service, act as though they really don’t care, exposed wires, lights flickering, aircon not working, windows with full opening danger for kids, smoking is everywhere!! THIS CANNOT BE A 4 STAR!!! Should be a 2 at best!

Minus -thin walls, whenneighbour next room started to call at midnight his parents in India I hear him like he sits in my room
For a brief stopover after late night flight this hotel was great. A short 10 minutes taxi ride from the airport, friendly staff, comfortable room.
Overall, good value for money and recommended.
No hot water in the shower after changing my room was hot water for a few seconds and thats all.. it was late so there was nothing to do next morning they told me they fix that and in the evening when I try to shower hot water for few seconds again so I left the hotel and book a night in other place. They could just tell me there is a problem at night.. they try to convince me to stay and change a room but it is too much .
Also the condition of the room is not that good the wood from the door came out
Pleasant and helpful staff, easy and quick check in. It would be nice though if there was a shower curtain for the tub, because everything was in water after your shower, and the carpet needed some washing.And also would have been more comfortable if there were beds instead of two mattresses. Other than that if was an ok place to stay for one night. Another good thing is that they provide transportation from and to the airport and it's free.
Triada is a small hotel with everything that you will expect from this category and price. Staff is nice and friendly, and will assist you with anything you need. Rooms are clean as is the rest of the hotel. Breakfast is classic continental as you would expect. I've stayed there 4, 5 times already and will continue to do so. Certainly would recommend
The hotel was very nice. I only stayed one night with my family and we were looking for a hotel close to the airport. Staff was very friendly, location was convenient for our purpose, room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t really experience all of the hotel amenities, so cannot speak about the food offered, gym, spa, etc.
We arrived late and were warmly welcomed , we decided to hire a car and the young lady in reception called Vicky helped us in translating and organised it for us, she went the extra mile great asset to the hotel! In fact all the staff were friendly and hotel accommodation was of high standard not far from airport , fully recommend it !

Breakfast guy was nice and friendly. The desk was different---could not do a simple additional charge for additional person in room. Had booked thru Expedia two twin beds but mistaken put 1 person. Desk made me change via phone call to Expedia, who call her at the desk and she replied "OK". Took 15 minutes. Either personnel are not empowered make simplistic changes from procedure or they have not gotten the concept of a helpful friend people behind the desk.
Although I only stayed for 1 night, the lady that worked the reception was excellent and very helpful. She even knocked at my door in the morning in case I hadn't woken up yet for my early morning cab.

We came to the hotel and.they said they're booked but after we made reservation through expedia, they gave us a room after waiting for the manager. They probably wanted to sell the room later for higher price.
Our room had 3 twin beds even though we picked a room with queen bed so we just connected two beds. We stayed one night.
Breakfast was good, coffee machine bring the best part of it.

For me the bus stop was close by.
Initial experience was downhill.
Tried to contact hotel reception on Wednesday 19th April prior to flight regards info airport bus shuttle service.
Hotel reception did not respond numerous telephone calls from myself , my son , and Expedia Customer Services on 19th April.
Upon arrival I was taken to my room.
I tried to switch on TV, no response.
Called reception , night receptionist tried to turn on TV, could not , night receptionist noticed cable had been disconnected and fixed this. TV was on.
Next morning on Thursday 20th just before 7am I visited the bathroom & noticed shower enclosure screen was missing - therefore no shower as bathroom would be flooded with water.
Visited reception & informed night receptionist who checked me in ( also solved TV connection ) about shower problem.
Night receptionist claimed nothing could be done until more Hotel staff checked in.
Went back to room & visited reception around 8.30am as my stay was ruined & requested New room.
Night receptionist still on duty stated within one hour I would be transferred to New room.
Just after 10am I was taken to new room that was double size with a balcony.
I could now have a shower and start my vacation break on Thursday 20th instant 12 noon onwards.
As it is supposed to be fourstar hotel on EXPEDIA website- initial problems mentioned should never have ocurred in Bulgaria.
Enjoyed my stay for 3 nights the staff are very friendly and helpful giving advice about Sofia and where to go and what to see. The hotel is very clean with good services, the only small criticism is that there are no facilities for making tea or coffee in the room. Returning again soon so I must have enjoyed it.
