“Ett intressant område, vacker natur, väldig enkel by, en upplevelse, men räckte med 2 dagar. Rummen luktade lite fuktskador, men skönt med AC. Väldig hård säng men sköna kuddar. Badrummet var fräscht. Trädgården och miljön väldig vacker. Gamla något ofräscha dukar på matborden men det kanske hör till lite i det enkla. Supermysig och bra personal, Hai var underbar - hjälpsam och snabb att assistera. Enkla och goda middagar. Härligt med ärligheten kring öppen bar och skriva upp det man……

“The highlight of my Vietnam trip I had a blast. My main issue was with their lack of coordination when it came to payment. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge. There are a few other instances of this un-attentiveness that I will spare the details of. Overall had a lovely time and they……

“Our room was a king room with balcony. The bed is very comfortable. Good sized bathroom with large shower. Food is excellent. Staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Halong Bay is serene and a nice change from the busy Vietnam cities. Unfortunately, there is garbage floating in the bay that the country needs to address.”

“We just returned from a 2 day 1 night cruise on the Paradise Grand. It was perfect. We were tendered out to the boat and I wasn’t sure what to expect. We were met with a cool towel and drink and were well taken care of from the point on. Our cruise was through Lan Ha bay which is a bit quieter and I much preferred it. “It was a wonderful stay in the cruise, the tour included some sightseeing in the nearby islands and we got to try kayaking. The cruise has its own small tender boat to transport passengers to and from the cruise to port and small islands. The tourguide, also the cruise manager, spoke good English and took care of each passenger well. The tour covered all meals on the cruise, hotel-level breakfast, lunch and dinner.
