We been vacationing for 2 weeks, stayed at multiple hotels along our trip and this hotel was one of the best of them we stayed at! Staff very nice and friendly! Hot breakfast was nice and coffee was very good (I’m a coffee snob) thanks to all the staff! Oh and our suite has terrific
The room is comfortable and clean with everything we need during our stay.
During the 2nd day breakfast of our stay, there was not fresh made food from the cafeteria which was a bit disappointed compare to the first day and for the value we paid, especially it was Sunday morning. Pretty much you had to microwave those prepared food.
I'm not sure how clean it was as there were someone's else's sunglasses laying on the desk when we got into the room. The pillows had weird hard lumps in them, and there were pieces of dirt in the bathroom. Similar to many hotels, the property isn't kept up to date, but it was fine for a night.
We did not get to stay here because upon arrival we were told that the indoor pool was not working. It was the day after Thanksgiving and we had to scramble to make other plans. I am still waiting for the refund as well which they promised.
We specifically booked this room because Expedia advertised it had a hot tub on premises. The filtered search was used.
Upon arrival front desk told us there is no hot tub and Marriott would not change it in the web site and Expedia.
Also the internet did not work on the tv.
