“This is my second stay at Art and Lodging South Bend. It is five stars across the board. Conveniently located near downtown. Convenient to Mishawaka and the Lake Michigan beach resort towns. The home has tons of character, is well maintained, clean, and beautiful. The beds are great. There’s nothing not to like.”

“The mansion is a beautiful, historic treasure. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast plentiful and tasty, and the amenities were very nice. The proprietor generously shared her time talking about the history, the community, etc. Highly recommend for those who enjoy indulging in history and beauty during their stay.”

“This place is great overall. Owners were very nice and accommodating, breakfast was delicious, private free parking it was an experience for the books. If we come back to south bend we will be trying to stay here again.”

“This property is not the rating that is shown on Expedia. It is well below the rating provided on Expedia. It smelled of marojuana, mildew, smoke, and food that was cooked for dinner. The front desk employee was kind and gave us a different room than we originally were in due to The horrific room smell, it didn’t really make up for the overall condition of the property. We couldn’t cancel bc Expedia was unable to contact the property. We offered to go down to the front desk and have Expedia……
