"Cool retro lodge. Comfortable for a night stay during a trip, breakfast was just what we needed to get going the next day. "

"It was fine for a quick night. The room itself was fairly clean though the rest of the property was pretty unkept and in dire need of cleaning. The parking lot was not big enough for all of the vehicles. There were two front desk people though only one was helping customers while the other sat there so it was a bit to check in. The staff was friendly and I could tell they were doing what they could to make the stay good. Not a bad place to get some sleep but I wouldn’t want to stay there longer....

"Room was good. Hotel staff was friendly. Casino staff stood around and visited each other, always had to wait to cash out a ticket for them to finish their conversation. Getting a drink was even worse. Only had one drink in 2.5 hours because every time I went for one, the staff was always visiting each other and either never noticed me standing there, or didn't care. Homemade rolls at breakfast were excellent. Pool was good."

"Nice room for a good price. The pool was closed and the pet area over grown with weeds. The exterior needs some maintenance. The staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Classic old-style park-in-front-of-your-door roadside motel; tho with a 2-story addition across the street (& next to the competing motel -- small town love!). Just far enough off the freeway for quiet; quick check-in; local restaurants easy to reach. Accidentally left a hat behind; they called right back to say they found, so I can pick up on my way back this week. "

"I was impressed by how clean it was! Outdated, yes but it felt clean! Staff called me to ask what time I planned on checking in. I didn’t arrive until like 3 hours after that. They texted and told me where to find the key and code and that was fine with me! I have no complaints!"

"We would definitely stay again! Easy check in and check out, friendly staff and clean rooms, great location. The only upgrade I would suggest is that the room we were in the door was so tight in the frame it's quite loud to open and close, and the bathroom door handle was so loose it's hard to get the bathroom door to stay closed. "

"The staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical continental fare. The room appeared to be clean, but the tub was not. I cleaned it before using it. There were hairs and some lint-like small bits in it. I would have given a higher rate if not for that."
