“Las sabanas sucias. No funciona bien el aire acondicionado. Personas pienso drogadas gritando ”

“Very unorganized, rude, no customer service skills or hospitality. Outdated check-in system. They dont have a list or computer to show my booking. Then asked to give a $30 dollar Cash only deposit for room and remote and gave no receipt of deposit. Stayed 2 nights and you have reactivate room key every night which is an inconvenience. Then next morning they had a call for a stolen vehicle and cops were there in the morning. Then when it was finally checkout time. They were trying to cheat us out...

“Would book again without hesitation. Room was clean, with AC that cooled down quickly. Parking on site saved time getting in late at night.”
