“Booked this hotel happy for it to be pet friendly. However, we were NOT expecting a long term living facility with multiple loose dogs running around. The smoking spot was at the end of the building where there were many people hanging out, 20 or so "residents". You don't see any of this at first because the office is at the opposite end. Which was clean and inviting. But once the curtain is pulled, the reality of the place was visible. Maybe if they could split off the long term people from the……

“TV did not work, whole room smelled like cannabis, toilet leaked, front door did not seal you could see light through the jams.. At 2am had to call police due to some altercation occurring outside my door. (was unable to reach the front desk by telephone) THIS property should not be listed on Expedia its absolute TRASH”

“My keys didn't work the entire time. I had no shower and I'm a traveling nurse. I was told it was a pressure issue and maintenance couldn't fix it because all the rooms were that way. I had to shower at my hospital. I also went 3 days without towels from the hotel as well as toliet paper. No obe ever answered the desk. And then at night they locked the lobby. So no access to staff when my key card wouldn't work.”
