“It was an absolute delight staying at SPLASH CANYON HOTEL. One thing you didn't ask about was the free breakfast. It was great. Staff even came over and asked what kind of waffle I wanted. The coffee was great and hot, The eggs perfect ... on and on. I only saw smiling faces. A job well done.”

“From the moment I checked in, there was zero hospitality. No smiles, no welcome- nothing. I arrived early and was told my room wasn’t ready which is understandable so my husband and I spent the day at the lake and arrived an hour after checkin time. The room had small dead bugs around the sink and we had to start swatting flies and mosquitoes as we were unpacking. I messaged the hotel to let them know and ask for bug spray. I was informed that they didn’t have any. They directed me to go……
