It is walkable to restaurants and shops and churches in downtown Southern Pines, and just a few blocks from a beautiful nature preserve and art center. It is an ideal spot to enjoy with your dog because both the back and front yards are fenced, and you can walk everywhere from it. It is steps away from Penick Village. All in all it is a great location, and a most comfortable home away from home.”

“Such a cozy cottage. Excellent location just footsteps away from the downtown Southern Pines area. You can literally walk everywhere! Inside the cottage is quite spacious with 3 nice bedrooms. The interior is all recently redone with all the modern conveniences. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!”
