The main floor features a spacious, remodeled, and well equipped kitchen with giant island for gathering! Right off the kitchen is a large dining room table, coffee bar, laundry room, half bathroom, and comfy living room with plenty of seating and Smart TV for your entertainment needs.
Upstairs holds two primary suites on opposite sides of the house, each with luxurious bathrooms, private decks overlooking the water, and sitting areas with TV's. A third bedroom and full guest bathroom are also upstairs.
Step outside to enjoy your waterfront patio equipped with patio table and BBQ, private dock, beach access, and use of kayaks and paddle board!

A small road runs in front of the house (between the house and the beach) that is used for other homes on the street (only about 20 houses). Driveway can park about 3-4 cars.
