Beautiful house!
We had a fantastic time at this house. The house itself and the view are beautiful. I got a little lost the first time arriving, but that was on me. There was a slight mix up with a maintenance person showing up on the wrong day, but the property manager was very apologetic about it and we got it all squared away. Overall, we loved staying here and I wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay here again.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving to spend time with my son whose currently serving in the U.S Navy. The house was not only perfect for our family but Melissa was an exceptional host. Her attention to detail was incredible as well as her communication. I highly recommend anyone staying in the Port Orchard area to rent this gem.

Great Seattle getaway
The property was great for our family trip. Each had a bed and bath. The house was nicely appointed and comfortable. All the bedrooms were up stairs, but that was ok for us. As shown in the pictures, the house was across the residential road from the water. No real traffic on the road. Being from the Midwest, the tide was great to watch. Would recommend.

highly recommend
Property is very nice. Well maintained, convenient, comfortable, and views are really excellent. Not crazy about showerhead in master suite, and since we had some very warm weather while there, the property could definitely use air conditioning. Manual for property lacks instructions for TV use. Overall, we had a very nice stay and highly recommend it.

Wonderful beach house
Gorgeous views! Lovely outdoor and indoor spaces for gathering or finding a spot for quiet time. Beatifully remodeled. Fantastic primary master bedroom with tub. Felt like luxury to have 2 masters. Loved all the extra rooms. Very big house. Long private road for walks. A super long stretch of beach for walking without trespassing. Peaceful neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Responsive property management. We recommend this property. Seals and porpoise and eagles all active. Salty air. Loved it!

Great Getaway close to home
This house is amazing and a great getaway closet to home. Newly remodeled and very nice amenities and rooms. Great size for a large family/friends trip. Very clean!

Perfect spot for remote work week
Friends and I stayed here for a week together while still all working remotely. This place was big enough to accommodate all of our needs for both work as well as hanging out together. Melissa was communicative and very welcoming. Overall this place was a great spot to enjoy the waterfront and time together.

A Little Get Away to Celebrate with our Daughter
This was a great waterfront house. It has a great view. It is in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. We were here from California to celebrate our daughter graduating from Olympic Washington College for her RN degree. The house had everything we needed for our quick trip. The house was clean and spacious. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Great spot for a mini staycation
We wanted to find somewhere close to home for a quick mini staycation and this was perfect! We stayed just a family of 4 with two teenagers. It was so nice that we all had our own space however there was plenty of room for more. We took the kayaks out in the sound and it was beautiful. There was so much wildlife all around us seals, porpoises, herons. We had a blast!. I’d recommend a few more larger life vests. We were able to make the ones available work however we only found one adult size vest. The house had everything we needed for our quick trip and the property manager was great to communicate with Thank you.

Beautiful property!
Well appointed home with all the necessities and a fantastic view! Easy 5 minute drive to the Fast Ferry to take in the sights of Seattle, and 10 minutes to quaint downtown Port Orchard. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Melissa is a wonderful, accessible host!

Great stay right on the water!
The property was clean and spacious! Plenty of room and beautiful views. We woke up to the sound of seals and ducks playing in the water every day. Catching the ferry to Seattle was easy and it was nice to stay a little way away from the city but still be able to go if we wanted to. It was really the best of both worlds! Property manager was responsive and very easy to work with! It was a wonderful family vacation spot!

Gorgeous!
This home was the perfect location for all things PNW. My husband and I had a wonderful time connecting with friends from out of town. They were able to experience the beauty of Washington and have a comfortable place to rest. Melissa was so easy to communicate with, which made it a 1000x better. Thank you Melissa for hosting us!
