Property for a novelty stay was excellent. The room and beds were comfy and the views stunning. Getting to the front of the hotel was tricky and not clearly described. I parked down the hill as no parks at the entrance. This made getting suitcases up there was problematic There are spiral staircases to the rooms so for elderly could be quite an effort. Breakfast by 10 had run out of a lot of things …. So a mixed stay Would stay again with knowledge but a bit disappointing from expectation

Excellent stay in a real Castle!
This place is excellent! If you've ever wanted to feel as if you're a prince or princess from your youthful dreams come here. Clean modern rooms and a nice restaurant with modern fare. Excellent internet. Take a walk around the castle and relax!

Beautiful view from the room, loved staying in a castle. Dinner in their restaurant was phenomenal! Breakfast was nothing great, especially compared to the dinner.

Real Gem
A real gem ... the perfect place to visit after a long working business day. Surrounding view is beautiful, room comfort is great, dinner just amazing (supports also vegetarian), and breakfast with appropriate selection and good quality. Above all, super friendly support from the staff. Definitely a place to return to. Easy parking is available as well.

A truly special place!!
The surroundings were awesome. A staff member offered to show us other areas in the Schloss. The cakes we had w coffee were sooooo delicious. Our evening meal was excellent & looked beautiful. From our window, The view of the town below the Schloss was really picture postcard lovely.

Meget charmerende gammelt slot, der for nylig er blevet indrettet til hotel. Restauranten er flot, og der er en terrasse udenfor med en fantastisk udsigt. Maden er i den rustikke ende (landligt tysk), men vinkortet er imponerende. Personalet er serviceorienteret. Parkeringen er dyr og begrænset.

Flot, dyrt hotel med mindre heldig service til jul
Godt nok kom vi 25/12 men der var ikke informeret om at restaurant var lukket før efter køb af værelse. Hotel ligger lidt for sig selv da det er et slot. Alt var lukket i byen men de fik lavet en platte. Dagen efter var der ikke morgenmad som anført og som de sagde på telefon ( måske senere) og vi kunne ikke då fat på nogen til at tjekke ud førend ca 8.30 hvor vi havde været klar siden 7.30. Når man så også tager prisen i betragtning så er det ok. Ellers flot hotel med flot udsigt og atmosfære

Nachdem Sie am 24.12.21 Ihre Zimmer gebucht hatten, haben unsere Mitarbeiter Ihnen dierekt eine Mail geschrieben, um zu vermeiden , dass Sie die Information , das unser Restaurant an den Feiertagen nur Mittags geöffnet hat, auf der Webseite überlesen haben. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hätten Sie noch kostenfrei stornieren können, falls Sie ein Abendessen geplant hatten, zusätzlich haben wir Ihnen Adressen und Speisekarten von naheliegenden Restaurants gesendet. Als Sie ins Hotel eingecheckt sind, wollten Sie nach der langen Fahrt, das Hotel nicht mehr verlassen und der freundliche Mitarbeiter hat Ihnen und Ihrer Familie 3 Kästeteller mit frisch gebackenem Brot, Wein, Wasser und Bier serviert. Ihnen wurde am gleichen Abend mitgeteilt, dass wir zum Frühstück wert auf frische Brötchen und Brot legen und auf Grund der Feiertage das Frühstück erst um 8:30 Uhr statt finden kann, Ihre Antwort war das wird kein Problem sein. Wir verstehen somit Ihre Kritik nicht !

Toll renovierte Burg mit stilvollen Zimmern und nettem Restaurant. Bei der Lage auf dem Berg braucht man allerdings ein Auto, wenn man sich nicht nur im Hotel aufhalten will
