“Upon check in there was a sign at the front desk to let guests know that the pool and hot tub were not working. There was no indication when it would be reopening and it did not open during the two night weekend stay that I was there. The in room TV did not work, either. Staff did not replace it although they weee notified. Not sure what the problem was. There were literally four cars in the parking lot the entire stay. This hotel is under new ownership. “We were early arriving and checked to see about what time we could check in. It was 1030 AM and we fully understood that we would need to return at a later time for check in. There were two cars in the whole parking lot on a Friday. We were told to return after 200 PM and did. (minor annoyance) The desk operation was fine regretfully Room 122 smelled of cigarette smoke and was supposed to be non-smoking. We are Seniors and had plenty of luggage which would require an elevator to move up to the……
