"We stayed in room 1314. Overall, the room was fine but there were some shortcomings. My wife and I have physical disabilities. 1. A handrail needs to be added for getting in and out of the shower. 2. The toilet was low and needs a handrail added for getting up and down. 3. My wife has MS and does not tolerate heat. The air conditioner worked but it was inconsistent and we had to get up and adjust the temperature both during the day and at night. Our party occupied both 1314 and 1316. Room 1316 appeared to be more consistent."
