I have the property a 3 but the property it’s self is a 5, my room was amazing, clean and everything was great until I went to sleep! The sound of the heater kicking in and out last night was like hearing muffled truck reviving its engine for a few minutes then quiet and then it would start up again!! This facility is amazing and the staff are wonderful their heater I give 3 stars! It was noisy but my room was nice and warm!!! Still recommending this property to any and everyone!!

Beautiful, clean room with amazing view of the falls area. Coffee maker Espresso superb! Decor over the top amazing!!! Only reason not an excellent was that the shower as beautiful as it was barely got warm. Lovely visit overall and the food options were fantastic!!

We spent 2 nights at this hotel in January. We liked how quiet and clean it was. Shopping and dining options were nearby. Pretty much everything we needed was walkable. Great stay and awesome staff. We liked the ambiance of the bar area. Would highly recommend!
