I ended up having to come down to the front desk to ask for new pillows because they smelled when I say this I don’t mean it to be disrespectful but it smells like somebody farted on them so I had asked for a new pillows on top of that I was bit I had bites. I don’t know what it was, but it was the bed at first I thought maybe the bites were from outside but when I fell asleep and woke up in the morning, I woke up with no bites for the price I was charged which was 200 on top of that $50 for 1 night It was not worth it. Another reason why is because the portal you guys had were only four certain kinds which were older iPhones they were not for the old newer iPhones so I had to go to a whole different store just to go purchase something to charge my stuff with. I’ve had other hotels that have not been that pricey that’s had both and the rooms were cleaner not saying the rooms were not clean, but I did have issues with the pillows being smells and started just over thinking the sheets were not changed

The hotel is not up to the mark. They didnt clean our room not once during the 3 night stay we had. They said they only have 1 cleaning staff crew out for the whole hotel rooms of 40 or more. They asked me to dispose the trash which is sorta fine but didnt address other concerns. Poor experience. With kids, it was so difficult. I wont recommend for those planning with kids and family.
