Hotel is in serious need of an upgrade. The rooms are very dated. I was charged an additional $20 for early check in, which was 2 hours. This is crazy! Most hotels let you go ahead and check in, if they have a room available. I won't be staying here again.

The hotel itself was fine and the meeting rooms were perfectly fine. However, I noticed the first morning that there was no hot or even warm water in the bathroom sink. I showered the night before and knew there was hot water, but after letting the sink run for 20 minutes, it finally went to luke warm enough to wash my face. I responded to a hotel text and let them know the situation. I got the runaround and the response suggested that I didn't know which was hot versus cold taps. Ultimately they said they would send engineering to investigate. The next morning the same thing happened and after letting the tap run for 30 minutesfinally got luke warm water. This time I called the front desk and they said again they would send engineering to my room. The problem was NOT in my room but the clerk acted surprised to hear that there was no hot water. One clerk even said, "well, we have 400 guests," as if that explained things. As I talked with other conference colleagues, MANY of them had the same problem. The hotel water heaters cannot handle the number of guests they are booking and since it was pervasive throughout the hotel, all of us were getting the runaround from the staff which was very annoying and no help. Lack of comfortable water temps definitely impacted the comfort of the stay. The other issue with this hotel was that several of the elevators were out of service and the operational ones were v-e-r-y slow. Would I recommend this hotel to others...no.
