Great hotel in a perfect location
Great modern and clean hotel in a good central location. A few minutes walk from the ferry. We had a partial sea view room but still had great views and a small balcony. Really friendly service from the hotel team. A few minute walk to the local beach and a good supermarket very close by. A good daily breakfast but maybe a simple buffet style may be better. Recommended!

The front desk staff went out of their way to help us when flight delays resulted in us not reaching the property until 3am. The front desk staff arranged for a water taxi from Kosta, and provided keys to the property and room to the driver. They gave us the driver's cell phone so that we could let him know when we were 10 minutes from the port and to ensure that we had the right driver if there was more than one water taxi there at that time. Great customer service!

Beautiful hotel
Amazing stay at Klimis hotel. Got there before check in time and they let us settle in early into a double room as requested which came with a parital sea view, which was beautiful and didnt feel partial at all. Staff were always friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was a generous continental breakfast and could be tailored for vegetarian (vegan would be trickier). View for breakfast was gorgeous, of the coast. Room was fresh, clean and seemed newly done. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful hotel and location
Beautiful hotel facing the sea with very clean and modern rooms. The staff particularly the gentleman on the reception desk were very helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better hotel. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely hotel right in the center of Dapia, near the ferry pier. Close to everything. Staff were extremely helpful dealing with a confusion with our reservation that was not actually their responsibility. However, they were quite concerned that we get full and prompt resolution. One of the few properties in Spetses open in the off-season, though full amenities may not always be available. Owners are, however, very accommodating.

Perfect location, excellent service, very clean comfortable room with an amazing view. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The staff was attentive, friendly and with a warm Greek hospitality. Will certainly return and highly recommended to anyone that would like to spend a few days on this beautiful island of Spetses.

Hotel by the Mediterranean
We stayed at Klimis hotel in the offseason, at the end of November. We had a wonderful time, the hotel is great. The town is not as happening as during the summer time nor is it as warm but we had a great time. The only downside of this island is the mopeds, noisy, loud, and too fast. Hope they go to electric scooters or bikes soon. Our hotel room was a beautiful corner unit with a separate room for the adults. We had a view of the Mediterranean out our window and also much of the town. The breakfast was very good, with pastries and slices of meat. We were about 5 minutes from a small Beach and a 10-minute walk from the little harbor that was a lot of fun to walk through. We would stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic!!!
Fantastic place to stay on Spetses. The room was beautiful, the view from the room and Marianna and all the staff were amazing. The bathroom was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an amazing place to stay with an amazing view of the waterfront and walking distance to everything and excellent staff. I would certainly stay here again.

Late season stay on Spetses
Very nice late season stay on Spetses. The weather was still warm enough to enjoy the sea and beaches while the town was less busy than in peak summer. The Klimis hotel is very central to the town, and adjacent to a beach where one can have a swim before breakfast. Many cafes and restaurants are within a 15 min walk, including the ones circling the old harbor. The hotel was very welcoming, the bathroom appeared to have been recently modernized, and we had sufficient space in the apartment to accommodate a four-person family. Very friendly and helpful staff at breakfast and the bar area, where you sit with a full view over the water.

Great views and easy walk to so many restaurants. If we are back to Spetses we would stay here again! Attached is a picture out the front balcony. Had a suite and the bedroom had a balcony with a great view as well!

We are so glad our first island experience in Greece was magnificent thanks in large part to Klimis hotel and it's staff. We had the top floor corner room which has 2 different views, a balcony view towards the harbour and a full on sea view from other window. Room was very comfortable and clean. Superb aircon. It felt like we were in at least a 4 star hotel. Breakfasts were served in a beautiful restaurant downstairs. The only slight downside is that wi-fi is not strong in the room but much better in the restaurant. This hotel was a super find and relatively affordable for the time of year (30 Jul to 5 Aug)

Εξαιρετική διαμονή
Η θέση του καταλύματος είναι εξαιρετική για τις μετακινήσεις στο νησί, ανάμεσα στο παλιό και το νέο λιμάνι και δίπλα στα καταστήματα. Τα δωμάτια είναι άνετα, με καταπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα και πολύ πολύ καθαρά. Το πρωϊνό είναι χορταστικό, θα μπορούσε ίσως να βελτιωθεί η ποικιλία. Το προσωπικό, από τις κυρίες στην καθαριότητα, έως τα παιδιά στο μπαρ και την υποδοχή, είναι ευγενέστατο. Σε επόμενο ταξίδι μου θα εμένα ευχαρίστως ξανά.

Very good hotel and super decent catering. can really recommend this hotel to other travellers and we will defiantly back to this place and hotel again. Very nice family and owners of the hotel 🏨

Η θέση του καταλύματος είναι προνομιακή ως προς τις μετακινήσεις στο νησί, κι ένα βήμα από το λιμάνι, πιάτσα ταξί, άμαξες, και καταστήματα όλων των ειδών. Τα δωμάτια είναι άνετα, με σύγχρονη διακόσμηση και καθαρά. Σε επόμενο ταξίδι μου θα εμένα ευχαρίστως ξανά. Θα ήθελα να τονίσω, ότι το προσωπικό στην υποδοχή είναι ευγενέστατο και φιλόξενο.
