Hotel overall was wonderful , clean , safe and easy access from downtown capri - the only thing I would say is that the breakfast buffet was very minimal - didn’t have many options , it’s more like a simple bed and breakfast but staff are super polite, friendly and clean

My stay at Il Capri Hotel was truly exceptional. The staff's incredible friendliness and attention to detail made me feel incredibly welcome and valued throughout my visit. The rooms were nothing short of luxurious, with elegant decor, comfortable beds, and stunning views. The hotel's amenities, including the restaurants, added to the overall experience. Its convenient location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Il Capri Hotel offers a remarkable blend of hospitality and comfort, making it a top recommendation for a memorable stay.

The property is luxurious and extremely accommodating. You receive a cell phone on check-in that functions as real-time concierge. Also, included breakfast that can be delivered to your room as well as included car service to the hotel. There are a number of stairs to get to the property (which is true throughout all of Positano), and so older/less mobile travelers be cautious when selecting hotels in this area generally.
