"We saw mixed reviews and glad to say room 301 was excellent, very clean and exactly as advertised. The location of the hotel was superb, quiet street but just a few minutes walk to the centre of town and tourist area for cafe, bars and restaurants. The staff were also very friendly. The only negative is the description, which says the hotel has a restaurant, bar and cafe. In fact the hotel has no facilities at all. So as an excellent room and location, highly recommended but don’t get confused over the listing."

"The hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Old Town Split. Plus the staff, such as Marija went above and beyond for me, even going so far as to allow early check in , help with local restaurants and attractions and other helpful things. The rooms were spacious and luxurious and the next day breakfasr was lovely. I throughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend for others."

"Comments for Luxury Suite: great decor, very clean and plenty of space. Gorgeous view and windows that open wide. Staff were helpful and friendly. Nice roof terrace. A bit of road and party noise from outside but not enough to spoil our night."

"The hotel is ideally located a short distance to Split Riva and nearby beach. There are many options of restaurants in the neighborhood. The breakfast is great with many options. What I really liked is that if you have an evening departure like we did, the hotel allows you to check out on time but give you a pass to use the facilities such as the pool and wellness center. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. All the staff are courteous and helpful. The reception staff even tried to help me with my transportation when it was delayed. I would definitely stay here again. "

"This hotel is brilliant, one of the best we've stayed in. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms and all amenities are clean, modern and safe. The pool is very clean, there are always sun beds available around the pool and the deck area with the comfy sofas in the shade under the umbrellas is a great idea. The breakfast choices are great, everything feels more calm and classy than some of the busier larger resorts. Poolside service from the waiting staff to order drinks and food whilst around the pool is efficient and friendly. There is a supermarket within walking distance in case you need to pick up a few bits. We ate out most evenings in Omis, lovely location and wide choice of restaurants. We will definitely return to this hotel."

"This hotel is right in the center of the promenade, by the castle. However don’t bring lots of luggage as cars can’t get up to the steps - it is in a pedestrian area. It is tucked away , difficult to find first time so talk to hotel for directions beforehand. Staff are very friendly, and it’s good with breakfast included if you are ok with a simple breakfast. "

"Great hotel! Great staff, super clean and the spa/pool was so nice have. It is not in the touristy area of the palace, but that’s what makes it so nice. It a 15 min. Walk to beach and 15 min walk to the palace, but you will not find a pool, spa, sauna, great restaurant for the price in the palace. Worth the walk:) "

"I stayed here for only a few hours as my flight arrived late and ferry departed early but it really suited my needs and met my expectations. I would say the hotel is slightly older style compared to a lot of European hotels but I knew that even I booked. Close to Split airport and even closer to the Bura Lines ferry terminal which was only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel is right on the waterfront and easy to walk from here. Breakfast was fine. Maybe the hot selection wasn’t to my liking but there was fresh bread and yoghurt and a selection of hot drinks. My room was a pleasant surprise having a sitting area and two beds. The air con worked well and there was a fridge. Good shower over bath."

"Great hotel in a beautiful village on the island of Brac. Stunning view of Split over the water - perfect for drinks at sundown. Restaurant is good, with lots of options. Kids club is great. Pool area is nice, but can be very busy. Overall, 9.5 / 10 from me. "

"Property is gorgeous. Hostess very cordial at checkin but staff should pay more attention. staff should offer to take stored luggage and place in the proper place rather than telling guests at such a hotel to simply put their stored luggage in a closet themselves. And the young man who showed me to my room didn't explain anything other than this is your room when in fact the light switch operation was far from obvious. I'm being picky but it is a high end hotel. staff could use an upgrade in training. Otherwise, fantastic location. Great kitchen. Great food. I would return."
