Great stay! Beautiful lobby and room. Breakfast options and freshness of buffet super and ample parking. A 20 minute walk to old grad is only negative - but there is a mall ‘Joker’ immediately behind the hotel with lovely shops and all necessary amenities!

The property and staff are incredible, I'd highly recommend staying at this venue. The facilities are brilliant and the parking in the garage is super handy if hiring a car. They catered for gluten free and vegetarian and vegan food for breakfast without any problems.

The hotel has unnecessary background music in the hotel common areas, I have never come across such an arrangement. Breakfast options were very poor

The hotel is good, nothing outstanding negative or positive. The staff is professional but nothing memorable either great or bad. I was not aware I was upgraded or in a VIP room, so can’t comment. It was quiet, clean, close to a great bus stop, efficient and definitely safe.

Don’t be fooled by the “5 stars” marketing. Nothing about the hotel is 5 stars, but their bad customer service. 1. When we had our first breakfast at the hotel at 8:30am. There was no sight of host/hostess/attendant at the front host stand to check you in because they were all busy in the back corner where the bar area is chitchatting and lounging around having a great time. We then approached them to see if we can get a table, they just stared at us and gave a very indifferent response telling us to sit wherever, and carried on with their conversations. It was such a bizarre experience, let alone with the lack of dining service, literally anyone who isn’t a hotel guest can basically just walk in and sit themselves down for a free meal at this point. 2. The breakfast buffet, nothing was warm from the hot food section, the coffee tasted really weird, the fruits section and some other section were running low and no one refilled anything. We thought maybe it was just maybe an off day for the F&B team, but no, the rest of the next two mornings as well. The breakfast buffet experience were consistently bad throughout with the exact same issues. 3. On the 2nd day when we returned to our room, we noticed right the way the AC had stopped working (which the first night it made a lot of weird noises). We notified the staff, she said she will send the technician (which never came) and I had to go downstairs to remind them again. When he finally arrived which took 40 mins, he didn’t

Rooms were dirty, they told us breakfast was included and it was till 10:30 a.m, we went to have breakfast at 10:00 a.m and they were taking away everything. I asked them, breakfast is till 10:30, they told me yes, but kept taking away everything, they turn off the lights. Never again. The pictures of the hotel and rooms are so different to what reality is.

Plutôt 4 étoiles...

Hôtel dans son "jus" un peu vieillot, tâche sur la moquette des chambres "exécutive", manque de pression d'eau, et Hammam avec une odeur pas agréable du tout... L'accueil a été parfait, et même très arrangeant (arrivé avant l'heure du Check in), petit déjeuner copieux et plutôt bon, le tout à 15 min du centre de Split.
