It was basic. The neighborhood around was unclean and not safe. Staff did not wear uniforms and brought their kids to work. Did not wear masks. Rooms were basic and clean but utilities were trash. We had a broken refrigerator, tiny tv, a beat-up swivel chair, and a hairdryer that was on its last leg. The shower ad fluctuating water temperature and the pressure was weak. Everything did its intended job but at the lowest capacity.

It's near downtown Spokane, but the area is filled with homless people and seems a little unsafe. The hotel is pretty comfortable to sleep, nice clean beds and rooms. Pretty warm big enclosed pool and jacuzzy, and decent breakfast. If you are driving and don't plan on walking downtown, it's a perfect place to stay

I like that it is always quiet. Walls are thick and I can always get a good nights sleep. I also like that they have a large pool with a really deep side. What I didnt like about my last trip was the fact that Saturday morning they closed the pool for cleaning. Why pressure wash on Saturday why not in the middle of the week when it is slower. Promised my grandkids they could swim before breakfast 8am pool closed, checked throughout morning still closed. Could of had a sign the night before pool will be closed all day tomorrow so we let our kids swim that night. We were all so disappointed.
