The Falconer is a beautifully decorated Villa located 1.5 miles from the medieval town of Spoleto, the perfect place to relax and enjoy your Umbrian experience.
It is surrounded by a 12 acres private park offering a spectacular view of the mountains and all the privacy you may want for your relax.
The house, fully restored in spring 2010 and furnished in the typical Italian country style, will greet you in its bright and appealing spaces: the charming living room with fireplace, the cosy kitchen and the lovely bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, all viewing the mountains and valley facing the property.
