Hotel was overbooked so refused my check in. Turned away with no remediation. Expedia was horrible in regard to providing options and it took way too long on the phone to get to the point that they had few options for our stay. We ended up just rebooking ourselves at another hotel. Not happy.

Get what you pay for ( DOT NOT STAY )
First off, I want to say this is the first time we checked out early and stayed somewhere else due to how bad the rooms were. The time of check in, the worker was nice. It did take like 6 or 8 different key cards to works to find one that activated. With multiple swipe per card. The room smelled like weed, the floors had peanuts all over luckily we had no peanut allergy),right then I knew the room was not properly cleaned, fridge stunk and it was very hot. I did ask for a different room and they were able to work with me. But for an extra $25 for a two bed room. So, we had to go through the keycard activation and fiasco. The second room was a little better to say the least. The hardwood floor were dirty. I had to tell my wife and kids to use my clean socks as slipper to keep feet clean. Later that night, my daughter spilled some juice and I used a rag to clean and that rag was filthy black. Again, this room was NOT properly clean. The tub was disgusting and it was clogged, we had to remove hair just to get it unclogged and prior to that we can see brown water come up from the drain. My wife had to shower in a puddle of someone else filth due to the drain being slow. The sheets had some stains ( looked like dried blood ) and they did not smell great. I could have mention all the issues I had but it would have made no difference because it should have never been like this to begin with. Cheap or not, no customer should experience what I went through.

Dead body & nightly melees, Horrible environment
Loud ruckus all night starting at 11pm every night. Springdale police are always called. I saw them carry out a dead body from a third floor room either 311 or 309. It was horrible. Do Not Stay. I had several stays but opted to pay more to stay somewhere that gave me a safe feeling. Definitely not this extended stay. Do yourself a favor and try any number of other options.

When we first walked into the lobby it smelled like marijuana, but we were waited on right away. The gentleman that greeted us nice and cordial.The room was clean ,but definitely needed updated. There was a hole in the back of the bathroom door and a big chip out on the rim of the bathtub that was at first covered with the towel for the floor. The water for the shower was nice and hot and the flow was great.

Was unable to check in. Desk clerk stated they had no rooms and that they overbooked. Desk clerk was difficult to get ahold of when I attempted to check in. Had to ring the bell 5 or 6 times to get anyone to come to the front desk.

Roach Extended Stay
I travel a lot for work and this, by far. was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The staff was rude and the hotel was nasty. I went to call the front office, and there were roaches in the phone receiver. I asked for another room and was told they had just rented out the last room. Nothing like paying for a room you didn’t stay in, because I left. I’m not sleeping with bugs

1) Room was very dirty. The floor was tacky. The bottom of our slippers was black & sticky. 2) The table and dresser surfaces were covered with an unknown film. 3) The bathroom sink drain was extremely slow. It must be partially clogged with hair. 4) Lamps on side of bed did not work. Electrical outlet was loose in the wall, making a poor connection. This is a fire and safety hazard. Also, there should be lamps on both side of bed, not just one side. 5) The so called "Breakfast" was nothing more than a few different candy bars, coffee and a packet of oatmeal. 6) The outside stairwell reeked of garbage smell from the bins at the bottom of the stairwell. 7) Room was extremely humid because the AC unit dehumidifier is not sized to handle a room that size. 8) No elevator for handicap access to 2nd floor. 9) The accommodations look nothing like the pictures of the facility online. 10) Refrigerator & freezer were dirty inside. 11) Only 5 hangars for 2 people. 12) Only 1 chair to sit at table. Why not 2? 13) There should be 2 bedside tables, not one. I have made over 300 trips, both business and personal. This was the ABSOLUTE WORST place I have ever stayed.

I didn’t end up staying here- upon checking in, I found 6 people in the lobby, all with various complaints; Bed bugs, doors that wouldn’t close/lock, air conditioning not working, etc. While I was waiting, the clerk behind the counter raised his hands in the air and yelled “I need less people in the lobby!”. Whereas I understand why he would be frustrated, that is far from professional. With everything I saw in the lobby; the complaints I heard- I deemed it best for me to keep moving down the road.

Nice hotel...be sure you check in early
Check-in experience was a little shocking. I had a reservation and the lady at the front desk told me that "just because you have a reservation, you are not guaranteed a room"...I was like...what? Then, we had to have a credit card to put on hold...this is the first hotel that hasn't taken my debit card, which is a mastercard. I was tired and just wanted to get to my room. The room was very nice and the other employees were very nice. The 2 ladies at the check-in desk were less than cordial during questioning before check-in and during the check-in process. The next morning, the front desk lady was very nice.

Worst stay of my life! We were booked for two nights. The first room we were given hadn’t even been cleaned. The bed was made but sheets from person prior still on bed. Trash in the room and it smelled horrendous. Second room give —while the beds were clean….the room was so filthy! Roaches in the kitchen light fixture. Smelled of weed and smoke—although it was to be a non smoking hotel. They gave us cinnamon air freshener to mask the odor. We stayed there one night because we HAD to, the second night we left after our concert in the middle of the night. I’m calling today to complain! Don’t stay here.

Check-in went okay - lady with blue hair could have smiled or been a bit more friendly. As for the room - needs some updating. Dresser had a broken drawer and could use a coat of paint. Refrigerator made noises all night long - needs to be looked at - I would be surprised if other guests didn't complain about it. Lady at check out was nice, and glad you could grab a cup of coffee during check-out
