“The location is (as you can easily tell on a map) outside of Nashville so you will be driving/ride-sharing in if Broadway etc is your destination, but it's walkable (20 mins) to the Opry (5-8) to Nashville Palace and some good bars/food options. Hotel is what you'd expect - clean, comfortable and the staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. The free breakfast was excellent. It was quiet at night and felt safe arriving back late at night. All in all a very pleasing stay.”

“Great rates and clean - just an average little hotel but significantly cheaper than staying across the street at the Gaylord! Great for one night.”

“The room was very clean and spacious, soaps/shampoos were from dove which was nice. The drain from the shower was a bit clogged so the water would rise a bit. Hotel breakfast had a great selection, cereals, muffins, bagels, eggs, biscuits, pancakes, sausages, yogurt and juices (just missing hot chocolate for the kids) The pool was warm as it’s outside but it wasn’t cleaned, there was some foamy stuff and lots of dead bugs inside”

“I was on the first floor and when I opened the door, mildew slapped me in the face! The carpet was damp in spots. The room looked clean and was picked up daily. Something I never expected was a daily charge on my credit card of $8.92! I was not told this ahead of time. Because of the smell, I would not go back.”

“I didn’t like that my sheets were dirty. I always pull the sheets back when I first arrive. It was hair in the bed and the sheets had stains on them. Front desk said “oh, housekeeping is not here, but I’ll give you some clean sheets” , so I had to change my own sheets as well. Breakfast was ok. Staff was ok. Parking was fine. Overall it wasn’t 8/10 like the ratings stated. I would say maybe 5/10.”
