"It's all about the people. Valet lead Michael was invaluable in helping us to navigate Pittsburgh during the madness of the PIttsburgh Marathon. Desk Agent Roxanne was WONDERFUL! Very helpful and extremely funny. The room was very nice; I would definitely recommend this hotel."
