“Apartment was lovely, first night was not good as the toilet was banging all night so didn’t sleep much which was hard for me as I came away for a quiet weekend as just gone through cancer treatment, everything in the apartment was very clean, ”

“Really helpful arrival instructions. Host there to greet us and ensure we managed the codes etc. Very clean apartment with lovely touches - fruit, coffee, tea, biscuits and milk helped us settle in. Comfy bed, nice shower and compact but manageable kitchen area. I missed having an oven so would recommend booking an airfryer if you are doing food from scratch. I had a few questions and needed to phone the hosts who were friendly and helpful.”

“This is a very tired hotel and I would not recommend. The food is not great and the bedrooms are shabby. I wanted to leave after the first night - It really needs some work. The bar and housekeeping staff were really lovely though. Please make the rooms more hospitable and improve the menu.”

“The room was nice and clean , not happy about having to try find a cash machine last minute to leave £60 deposit for room, wouldn't let me have the key to use the toilet in my room untl i got the money, no plug in bathroom sink and when i went down to tell woman behind counter i was told no rooms have a plug in the sink,how are you supposed to have a wash a”

“Kelly the host is really nice. Very up to date decor, however room wasnt the cleanest. Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. I phoned Kelly and she explained she would come and check it out within 10 mins. Upon arriving back at hotel having been out all day, our room was still unlocked. “I stayed at the hotel between the 11-13 of July. Very hot weekend. Price of the hotel included PARKING and air conditioning. When I arrived I found out there is only a fan with water in the room. I was told exactly where to park by the receptionist which never bothered to let me know I need to register the parking as if I should miraculously know.
