“Friendly and very helpful host. Accommodated my dietary requirements very well.
The optional breakfast is tasty and substantial, which is a big hit with me, and definitely worth paying the extra for.
Nice new flooring and carpets throughout. My room was clean but could use an electric socket near the bed (I have advised host on this). Bedside lamps were battery only and ran out of power when I went out for a long evening. This might be only an issue in one room however.
Runway is very handy……

“on a positive note the room was clean, quiet and the hotel was ideally located for our plans in Blackpool on the weekend
However the room was small, dingy with lots of wear and tear that certainly needs repair and upgrading, especially the terrible sliding bathroom door. ”

“Quaint B&B with nice breakfast room. comfortable and good value for money. Martin was nice and helpful. There was some issue with the key to my room which was very hard to open, but otherwise a good experience. ”
