"Not too bad,had to park on the road a couple of times during our stay,bar very good."

"Good bits: - Location was ideal - Good sized kitchen - Bedding comfy Not so good bits: - Room very hot, heating off and no idea where aircon was?! - Bathroom dusty, all round mirror, lights and sides - Bin disgusting, top had food stuck to it on arrival - Blind dirty and marked - Communication poor, the 24 hours a day WhatsApp they encourage you to use took 12 hours to reply - Room key wouldn’t work, went to reception, no one there so had to wait 10 mins - Whole place has chipped paintwork and needs a lick of paint, certainly not value for money"

"Lovely hotel. Parking impossible when there’s a wedding on. Great breakfast but a few quite rude staff in breakfast. Nice room but bed really hard and window seal broken so wind whistled in (unfortunately Storm Dave arrived too) so it was quite cold - Room 222. "

"We stayed for two nights(family of three with sofa bed). The location was convenient, and there was plenty of parking available. The room was fairly spacious, but the bathroom was quite outdated. The sink had a large crack, and the shower was slightly leaking. One of the lights was flickering, the overall lighting in the room was insufficient, and one of the bedside lamps was not working. The bed, however, was comfortable. The biggest issue was the poor soundproofing. From as early as 6 a.m., we could constantly hear children crying and shouting, running and jumping in the corridor. Even at night, there were multiple occasions where groups of children were running and yelling in the hallway. We could also hear people repeatedly slamming doors, which made the room shake. This may be due to inconsiderate guests, but better sound insulation would certainly help. "

"Our dog friendly room was perfect! We even had our own little garden. Room was spotlessly clean with a huge bed. Extremely dog friendly. Staff were helpful, friendly and very attentive. Breakfast was lovely. Enjoyed our stay here very much. We will always stay here now when we visit Lytham. "

"Room was clean but bed is not comfortable and covers could of been bigger and better also pillows not comfortable. Breakfast was ok but would like to get breakfast myself and have more continental cake pan cakes etc for child. Think doors need to be changed as u come in as kept banging and dont help with son ats autism. Stuff was very helpful and prices was not to bad "

"It’s were perfect when we arrived and checked in, staff were polite and helpful. But until when we go to bed at night time, there are storms that keep blown the window open because the window lock are damaged, I have to wake up more than 10 times to shut it that I couldn’t sleep. Apart from that I am happy with the hotel only loose one night sleep "
