“When booked facilities said there was a lift which was essential given my wife’s health condition as climbing stairs would cause considerable discomfort.When we finally arrived at the property we found we could not operate the lift.On contacting the apartment owner we were told that the lift was for the exclusive use of the owner of the building!We had been misled and because we had booked but not told of the restriction regarding the lift we had become the victims of deception by the apartment……
