“Great gem of a hotel. Had a great 1 night stay in a single room for whilst visiting the Lytham Festival. Room had a single bed with shower en suite. Television, ketle and tea and coffee. Bed linen and towels included. As was a full breakfast, cooked to order with choice of cereals. Yes the rooms need a little tlc with the odd spot of flaking paint. “We stayed in room 3. The floor was on a slope, so the bed was too. The bathroom door doesn't close, the shower tray fills but not empty very quickly so you have to turn it on and off to stop flooding of the floor. Towels weren't clean. We paid £10 for parking in a different road. The spare bed was behind the door so we would have struggled to get out in an emergency. Upstairs drains and sewage pump was cutting in and out through the night. Overall, we would not stay again. Im also not sure what……
