“We stayed in room 3. The floor was on a slope, so the bed was too. The bathroom door doesn't close, the shower tray fills but not empty very quickly so you have to turn it on and off to stop flooding of the floor. Towels weren't clean. We paid £10 for parking in a different road. The spare bed was behind the door so we would have struggled to get out in an emergency. Upstairs drains and sewage pump was cutting in and out through the night. Overall, we would not stay again. Im also not sure what……

“Car Parking was available !”

“Excellent value B&B. Single room was small but clean, the bed was comfy and the shower as good as any. Nearby car park and there is the possibility of free on-street parking a few blocks’ walk away. Handy location for Tower and North Beach.”

“Good central location. Basic room and ensuite but OK for the amount of time spent in the room. No breakfast being served whilst we were there but no big in convenience”

“10 min. walk from Blackpool North station. Very elegant decor, room is clean and tidy. The coffee, snacks are more supplied than who named "hotel", even with 2 x free bottle of water which I never met in UK hotels so far. All staff are very friendly and polite. The breakfast is the best among thehotels, bnbs... which I've been stayed, services which provided just like a 5 star hotel, it's absolutely amazing. Sure will stay again if visit Blackpool again.”

Staff all very kind Had some issues with the TV - We didn't raise this at the time but I know they would have looked into it if we did! Parking as listed is £10 a day and I'd say that's very good. The parking is located by the side of the hotel around the park - Which is alot nicer than other hotels which are right in front or on the road! So was glad to……
