“Good out of season price. Well fitted-out hotel, slightly strange as few staff about but it was a decent, slightly better than basic stay. ”

“the staff were lovely but on arrival we got put in the wrong room we got put in a single when i paid for a double. I showed my booking to the man working there and he didn’t take any notice of it so then i had to message the manager and he sorted it out straight away he was very nice. Then at 10:30pm at night we had the man that worked there knock on our door begging us to take the check in review down which i thought was unprofessional and it made me a bit scared after that. we could hear the……

“Really nice stay, good standard, great staff, bed was alittle squeaky”

“on a positive note the room was clean, quiet and the hotel was ideally located for our plans in Blackpool on the weekend However the room was small, dingy with lots of wear and tear that certainly needs repair and upgrading, especially the terrible sliding bathroom door. ”
