This was the perfect “home away from home” while in town for a wedding. The house was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for lots of walking and access to the downtown.

Great Property

This property is perfectly positioned for easy, walkable access to most of the tourist spots in St Augustine. This beautiful craftsman style house was perfect for all 5 of us. It was a great size with beautiful finishes. Keep in mind that the bedroom with the two twins is a converted attic which can get hot in the summer time, a tad bit of limited head space, and a tight spiral staircase. It might not be suitable for people with mobility issues. It worked fine for us. We turned down the air at night. I would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic stay at Flager

We were in town for a wedding with our older kids and had a great stay at Flager. It had everything we needed and was such a great location to downtown.

Location, location location! Great place.

The Flagler Cottage is a gem!! It is immacualte and is exactly as pictured – even better. While the house itself is an amazing stay, the location is a superstar! You can walk to just about everything, yet you are tucked away from the action and noise of downtown. Heck, having a private easy parking space in downtown Saint Augustine is a real bonus. This rental would be ideal for a family visiting for a wedding downtown. All the little seating areas inside and out give everybody space to spread out while the big dining table provides the space to be together. We especially enjoyed the fire pit seating area even though it was too warm for that while we were there :-) — it was just nice sitting in the shade out in the yard in the afternoons while we recharged for dinner. I have nothing negative to say about this property – book it and you will not be disappointed.

Wedding guests getaway

Beautifully restored home 5 stars adorable yard and quiet location with all amenities we needed for attending a wedding. The proximity to the restaurants venues and historical sites was exceptional. We loved it!!!!!!

Flagler Cottage Stay

Wife Sandy & I are blessed to travel freely. Our stay at Flagler Cottage was overall one of the best experiences we have encountered in our years of renting houses. Daniel and Andrea communicated effectively throughout the process and the property exceeded the description on VRBO, -- Which is hardly ever the case. Cleaner and more comfortable than what we normally encounter. Loved the fact that the cottage sits down a private drive with ample parking and was quiet and peaceful. We could walk to great sights, restaurants, and shops easily and quickly - like 8 to 10 min. Thanks, Daniel and Andrea, for the wonderful week's stay. Wonder place and Great Location

We have stayed at this property for 3 yrs in a row with 2 other adult couples and it gets better each year. Very well decorated and clean. Property manager is very responsive and wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this property and plan to stay here each year.

Beautiful house in excellent location

We’ve stayed many times in St. Augustine and I can say this house is in a perfect location and is beautiful. And with the bonus of having rare parking onsite for several vehicles. We loved staying here and even brought our adult kids with us this time and had plenty of room.

GREAT LOCATION! GREAT PROPERTY!

We stayed for the Labor Day weekend and found the accommodations to be great. The beds were comfortable. The sheets were soft and there were plenty of pillows. Each room had a TV that was set up for all streaming services and some free TV. The location was absolutely perfect. It was steps to the historic district but was quiet and tucked away on a dead end street with a great front porch just for sitting. Plenty of parking, Will definitely visit again and stay at the same home. WONDERFUL.

Birthday visit

Amazing craftmen style home. Perfectly maintained. Set back off the street in a romantic gardenlike setting with old growth spanish oak trees draped in spanish moss. Location is literally half a block from the historic distric and Flagler college. You can park your car and never have to drive anywhere! It's like being in Europe! Amazing. park

Great place

Easy check in, easy check out, property is as listed. The location can not be beat. Convenient to ever we wanted. Owner was quick to reply to our questions. Overall, if we ever go back to St Augustine, i would not hesitate to rent from them again.

Enjoyable Visit to the Ancient City of St Augustine

We really enjoyed the quaint bungalow style home that was secluded and very quite but super close to everything we needed to visit the historic and oldest city in the US St. Augustine. A great VRBO that we would recommend others to consider renting when staying in the area!
