Fantastic Stay!
My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property. The rental is beautifully maintained and tastefully decorated. The attention to detail in the design is evident, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The property was clean upon arrival, which made settling in a breeze. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. We had an amazing time and look forward to returning in the future!

Spacious Lr, Kit and comfortable King bed. Very clean. Walking distance across Lions Bridge into St. Augustine which is great, since parking during the holiday is very difficult to find. Suggest Kuerig since it allows visitors to bring their own 'brew', which I would prefer. Also suggest not watering hand soap - I have the same containers from Costco and the soap is not as watery.Otherwise a very pleasant stay!

Chris’s place is clean, bright and well appointed. The location is fantastic, just across Lion’s Bridge. Easy walking to restaurants, old town, historic fort and more. Easy drive to waterway and beaches and yoga. Easy check-in and check-out. Chris was ver responsive to texts.

A great place to stay in St Augustine. Very well located with an easy walk to local bars and restaurants. Only 10 minutes walk over the Bridge of Lions to the town centre for everything the St Augustine has to offer. Apartment is spacious, very clean and in a nice quite neighbourhood with parking outside. The bed is huge and comfortable and the rest of the apartment is very well equipped. I would recommend.

Super nice accommodation (pictures are 100% accurate) and so close to downtown St Augustine. We rode our bikes over the bridge to be right in the thick of things- about a 5 minute ride. Great host- highly recommend!!

Great location!
We loved this property. It’s beautiful and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the Conch House and shirt walk across the Lion Bridge to downtown St. Augustine. We will recommend to our friends and will definitely look to rent again in the future. Chris was quick to respond if we had questions and the property was just as shown. Really comfortable home away from home.

Was across lions bridge from downtown, but walkable. Very relaxing place to get away from all the people but close enough to walk to most any area. One of the oldest buildings on the island but well furnished.
