"Keepers cottage was lovely. It is absolutely ideal if you have dogs. There is a large enclosed area where your dogs can run plus there are spacious kennels if you need to go out and leave your dogs. We didnt use this as we took our dogs with us but it was great to have this option. The bedroom, toilet, shower room was downstairs and the living room was up the stairs. There was a lovely balcony leading off from the living room where you could enjoy the views, unfortunately we didnt get much use...

It felt homely and cosy and we couldn't wait to get back there after our days out exploring beautiful Cornwall. Communication with Tyrone was quick and simple...as was check-in. "Lovely place to stay, beach perfect for the dogs and people all very friendly. Accommodation good, could have been much better with a welcome pack! The steps were a challenge, I consider myself quite fit but 74steps to climb with luggage not easy, added to which my husband scraped his car on the hand rail while trying to park on the tricky slope. The views were amazing from the deck as expected."

It was quite hot due to weather so a suggestion to provide pedestal fans in future during summer. The location is superb only 5 mins drive away from the lovely beach of Portreath and local Tesco stores."

"We had such a great time at Bailiff's Cottage! It was exactly what we wanted for our stay in Cornwall. Fantastic location in the countryside right next to a livestock farm which gave our stay a lovely touch. It was great preparing our meals watching grazing animals right outside the kitchen window! Clean air, noise absence and the beautiful colors of the countryside did the rest! The cottage was perfect for the 5 of us and the garden was a bonus to our border collie who loved playing there with...

"It was a little tricky to find initially as we arrived in the dark. The Barn has been tastefully furnished an absolute stylish kitchen and living area with lots of room. It was spotless. The bedrooms were of a good size. The only negative were the beds. They were ok but having a bad back and shoulder I do need a good mattress that supports. I do not sleep well with a bed too hard or bouncy. The outside area is lovely , however due to being away for most of the weekend and than rain we did not...

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
