“Great staff, excellent location and room very good. I had a very early start to get home so didn't enjoy a sleep in bed, but it would've been more than perfect for a lazy morning. Had a pint with some Cardiff City locals before closing time in the pub downstairs who were great company (plus 2 Gooners!). In the meantime, up the Chelsea :-)”

“This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious. We are satisfied with this comfortable stay experience. But I think a minor thing may need to be improved. The temperature of bath/shower is not very steady, and it dropped down after several minutes. Besides, the water from tape also took several minutes to become warm. Since we visited in April and it is still a bit cold, when I washed my hands I felt a bit freezing. It would be better to access hot water more easily.”

“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”

“酒店的位置很好,附近有付費停車場, 一直走便到CARDIFF MARKET﹑商場及商店。對於景點及隨處走走都很方便。 雖然酒店不算新淨, 但舒適度及服務都很好,而且酒店旁邊的巴西餐廳很好吃。 ”

“Great nights stay, was dubious as the price was so cheap, but the hotel itself is lovely and the staff were great, room was small but had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying here again”

“Nice hotel near city center. You can walk through city center and find many restaurants. Cardiff castle is nearby.”
