We were allocated room 301 and when we settled noticed that the tea/coffee/sugar was not restocked so I went down to reception to notify. Someone knocked on the door a little later with 2 tea bags and that was it. I went out to get my own tea bags and milk etc. The room was not very sound proof. We could hear the family in room 303-every word of every sentence, every scream and swear word through the night. I complained to reception on evening duty who were very professional and moved us to a different room.
