The room was very nice and clean, but the lights went out and there was no hot water to bathe; on the 29&30. Also, I was not told about the 75 dollars incidental fee per night.which caused my family to spend money not in our budget for our Thanksgiving Trip.

This hotel is incredible. So beautiful with all the amenities. Good price for the night through Expedia as well. I do have to say, the front desk was very young and without knowledge of if dogs were allowed in the bar (they are), what time the pool opens (ChatGPT says 5 AM but it's actually 6 am), ...
