“After a 12 hour drive we arrived around 11:00 at night and walked in to the staff member sleeping. Had to wake her up and then they tried to put us in a dog friendly room due to that was all they had left. We went to the room and it smelled like dog pee so we went back to front desk and she said she couldn’t change room without her boss. After a bit she called her boss and he did put us in a king suite for no extra charge. We got into the room and the bathroom was filthy. But the bed was a very……

“The renovated suite was wonderful! The breakfasts were really good. Several of the breakfast supplies were low or out and when asking the staff, she said to look at the other stations and continued to stay in the kitchen area. Not friendly.”

“I felt the facility was somewhat dirty. The carpets haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. When I got out bed, I put my flip flops to walk about the room because of the dirty carpet. Some updating is needed along with new carpet.”

“My TV wasn’t working when I arrived but the staff did a great job of changing it out. The property was fine, just a lot of construction. Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful.”
