“Place was disgusting. The room smelled really bad, bed sheets weren’t clean one of the pillows looked like someone was laying down there few minutes we got here. We called the “emergency number” and nobody answered. Next day we talked with the front desk to get our money back because I didn’t stay there he kept saying that the room they gave me it was under someone else’s name reservation. I’m still waiting for my money back! ”

“The Boathouse Suite condo was clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. Scenic views from the large living room windows. Check in and check out were simple. Free street parking was readily available. Great communication with the host. We were in Cleveland for a Browns game, and the stadium was only about a 20 minute walk away. Fun trip, and great accommodations. We will stay again the next time we are in town. ”

“Great location. Walking distance to the R&R HOF, the Browns, Guardians and Cavaliers. Good coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The flat was very clean. We had a total of 5 adults in our party so we needed 3 separate bedrooms. One bedroom with king size bed had a full bathroom. One bedroom with 4 bunk beds had a full bath which is great for kids although we had none staying with us on this trip.
