The most amazing porch!!

Large lovely home; great location
Deb’s house is lovely. The size was more than ample for our adult family of eight. The pool is welcoming, the view of the water is calming and the large screened porch with ceiling fans and views is the perfect spot to gather. Deb is delightful. An all around perfect getaway.

Gorgeous home and property
We had an amazing stay here with our family. The home was very clean and spacious for our large family and the grandparents as well. We used the screened porch the most and my children loved the swimming pool. Every night we watched the sun set! The home is located a quick drive to the cute town of Saint Michaels where we enjoyed some meals and shopping. We will definitely stay here again!

Best bay view in tranquil setting.
This home is just perfection. Sunroom screened in porch was the best. We sat out there every night. It was magic. The property is fabulously Kaye’s out views of the water from every room! Very spacious, we just LOVED this place!

Fantastic location in St. Michaels
We had the best time staying at this property. The house has the best stocked kitchen of any rental property I've stayed in. The AC worked great, the beds were very comfortable and the house was spotlessly clean. It's an excellent location (close to St. Michaels and Easton) but very private. We were able to catch a few crabs off our dock with the crab pots provided! The whole property is gorgeous- the pool, landscaping, dock and screened in porch. The owner was very responsive (even on a Sunday) when we had a tiny issue with the alarm system on one of the doors. Overall an amazing stay and we will absolutely be back! Thank you!

We can't say enough about this house- the views, the comfort, the location to town, the spaces (esp the screen porch), the well stocked kitchen...I could go on and on. We had a blast! Great Feng Shui
It’s just a lovely home. As soon as any of our guests arrived everyone remarked on how we instantly relaxed. It just has a great warm feeling to it. Everything was immaculate. The screen porch was everything it was advertised to be. Two masters gave a lot of flexibility for the older adults! Owners are lovely and responsive. And there are absolutely killer sunsets every night. We are going to come back if we can!

This was our second stay at Deb's home in St. Michael's, and the best word to describe it was peaceful. We love this home. The screen porch is where we spend most of our time talking, reading, eating, and enjoying the view. The kitchen is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and has several new updates. The pool is clean and a perfect temperature. Every night we sat in the Adirondack chairs watching the sunset. It was magical. The beds are comfy, and the bathrooms are clean and have great showers. It's a wonderful place, and we will definitely go back one day.

Beautiful Waterfront St Michaels Home
We had a wonderfully relaxing weekend in this beautiful waterfront home. We continue to return to this property because it offers lots of space, both indoors and outdoors, it is always clean, the kitchen is well-stocked, the bedrooms are very comfortable, and it offers a very large screened porch for dining and gathering. Lovely winter weekend getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Deb’s St Michaels home. Because we stayed during the off season we didn’t get to enjoy the pool but we took advantage of the fireplace as well as the hot tub. Deb’s home expertly walks the line between a home and a rental, that is we could tell this belonged to a family who used it but we didn’t feel we were encroaching. And the familiar touches were welcome to make our short stay feel comfortable and easy. We loved the box of toys left for children visitors. We loved the stocked kitchen with staples you didn’t have to bring from home: spices, oils, coffee filters. We loved the views and the coziness of the couches which made us feel like we didn’t have to go site seeing to be on vacation. We also loved Deb’a communication before and during our stay. - not intrusive at all but checking in to make sure we were doing well and enjoying the property. We definitely did. We’d love to come back in the warmer months to try out the pool!

Gorgeous house, magical sunsets
As a group of longtime friends and recent empty nesters, we were looking for a place to stay in St. Michaels that could comfortably accommodate 4 couples, with enough space to hang out and catch up. This house was perfect! Located only a few miles out of town, the house is spacious, very well appointed and nicely stocked. We made sure we were back at the house in time for sunset each night, because they were truly spectacular! And Deb was wonderful to work with.

Relaxing weekend at a beautiful waterfront property
We spent a wonderful weekend with friends at Baydream Believer. We love this house and property! The kitchen is well stocked, the home is beautifully appointed, and very clean. We enjoyed many hours on the incredible screened porch! We had lots of fun playing ping pong, and playing bocce on the expansive lawn. It is a short drive, or bike ride, into the center of St Michaels. Deb is wonderful to work with, and as an owner, she has really thought of everything to make a stay here very comfortable for her guests. We will definitely be back!

Best Vacation Rental Ever!
Our family loved this home and this property. It was large, clean, and tastefully decorated. The layout of the home is great for extended families. It had a well stocked kitchen, beautiful pool, awesome hot tub, new dock, and lots of comfortable outdoor furniture. Communication with the host was outstanding. We enjoyed our stay so much. The home has everything you need to enjoy a fun and relaxing family vacation. The location is idyllic and the pool/hot tub were a hit with young and old. Wonderful house and spectacular yard on the water. Pool offered both shade and sun with lovely trees. Large porch made for perfect summer dining and relaxing. Fabulous setting!
My adult daughters and i stayed at this beautiful property as an annual getaway! We usually go to an Arizona spa but decided to stay somewhat local. The location could not have been better. It was tranquil, well appointed, beautifully decorated and well- stocked. We relaxed and laughed, sat in the hot tub and on the pier. Highly recommend!

a great family getaway
This was our second stay, this time a much-needed gathering with our kids & grandkids (our first extended time together since the pandemic began). The weather was perfect, so we spent most of our time outside; swimming, fishing & crabbing from the dock, in the hot tub, and just enjoying being together. Dinners and drinks on the huge porch watching the sun set ... the house and yard are perfect (and perfectly safe) long weekend getaway. Deb and Ward were great hosts and we plan to return next year.

This is the fourth year our family has stayed here. The house is spacious, 2 living rooms work great for kids in one adults in the other. The pool and hot tub are the main focal points. I would recommend this house for a multi generational gathering.

Truly a 5 Star home.
We have rented countless homes for the past 15 years through rental websites and this home was the best by far. Everything was exactly as described. Deb, the host was very accessible and even provided a backup contact. Her and her father Bill were gracious and patient with answers to our questions. Wonderful sibling weekend!!

We stayed at the this beautiful property for a short weekend over the holiday - Its absolutely as advertised. Great outside area with a spacious yard for kids and a perfect morning view of the water. Inside has a great flow from the large screen in porch to the open kitchen, dining room, living room, and den. Perfect bedroom/bathroom setup all through the house. Also a short drive from the town of St Michaels if you're looking to stroll around for a little while.

Wonderful Home and Location!
We had an amazing week at MisBayhaven. It was a beautiful property and fit out family perfectly. We spent most of our time out on the incredible screened-in porch. The home is very well appointed and wonderfully decorated. It is conveniently located to St. Michael's which offers great restaurants and shopping. We took a sunset cruise on the Lady Patty out of Tilghman Island which was fabulous. My family definitely plans on returning to MisBayhaven!

We've enjoyed this property in prior years and 2018 was no exception. It didn't hurt that the weather was delightful for the week, even giving us a few days of cooler temps, lower humidity, etc. The house fits our group (9) perfectly: great water views (especially at sunset), wonderful pool and large screened porch. Could do with a Wi-Fi upgrade, given the prevalence of devices, and the occasional business need, even on vacation. Overall, a delightful location for our annual all-family outing.

Lovely, peaceful spot - great for a family get together
The house is as advertised. It is a great venue -- there are rooms large enough to allow for comfortably gathering the whole group in one location and also has many separate spaces so everyone could go off and do their own thing. There is a very well equipped kitchen (we did a lot of cooking) and several nice locations to sit for meals. The screened-in porch is spacious and a relaxing place to have dinner and spend the evening. The kids LOVED the pool. We all had fun with the ping pong table and several yard games. The bedrooms are nice, private and have comfy beds. Nice laundry machines -- one set upstairs and one set downstairs.

A beautiful home and a gorgeous property made the perfect setting for our weekend getaway!
This home was perfect for our annual girlfriend getaway. The house is spacious and provides every amenity we needed and more! We loved the screened-in porch, as it provided the opportunity to be outside during the rainy weather of our weekend. The kitchen is well stocked and the home is beautifully decorated. The property is a short drive to downtown St. Michaels, yet enough removed from that to provide a peaceful and relaxed setting. We could not have selected a better home for our mini-vacation!

Reunion of old college pals
Nine women who met in college gathered at this gorgeous house to re-connect after many years. The weather and the house were perfect...although it was early October, it felt like summer and we wished the pool had still been open. As a result of summer weather, we barely used the spacious living, dining and TV room as we stayed on the decks/porch/dock the whole time. We ate in both nights and the kitchen had everything one could need. We remained baffled with some of the technology: wifi and stereo system. A little wireless speaker could have solved that problem as we all had music on our phones/ipads. The bedroom arrangement turned out a little troubling as we settled in and learned that some of the gals needed more separate rooms for various reasons and the girls assigned to the kids bunk room found those beds not totally comfortable. As such, one guest ended up in the laundry room on the trundle bed which was comfy but not as luxurious as the other rooms. We could not find any extra sheets for that bed either. She was a sport and didn't complain. Two of us used a couple of the bikes for a great ride. The other two needed their tires inflated and we couldn't find a pump. Deb, the owner is amazingly responsive but we didn't connect with her in time to solve that problem. The house is very close to St. Michael's but away from any congestion and we just loved it.
