Location is everything. This property needs updating but the location, close to everything is in my opinion worth the $. It has two pools that are kept clean. Two grills for grilling. The staff are accommodating to the best of their ability. However, they can only work with what they have.

I love the proximity to the beach,but the building is no in good condition. Ceiling is crack,air conditioner didnt work. Towels were stain,and pillows cases had blood stains. This place needs seriousness renovation.

This hotel wasn’t the best the floor was dirty so was the curtains in the shower. I also found fungus any many spots in the room and the towels were so dirty we had to use our own beach towels. Even stepping on the floor was uncomfortable because I could that it was dirty to.

If I could give a negative I would. I had to sleep with my clothes on and shoes in shower. Only stayed 7 hours as I got in late and needed to put chair under door handle. Absolutely disgusting! They should close and cut the rooms and start over. Hair all over and not mine. Then would only give me a 2 night refund when I paid for 4. Stayed 1. Doors were filthy. Furniture was stained including the towels and pillowcases. Crack house is what it is known on in the other hotels.

No hot water called manager and texted manager and still after 12 hours no response. No one works in the office. Couldn’t find hotel staff to get any towels. Worse hotel I have been too. Also offered $100 credit for missing 1 night with no hot water which should have been the night refunded. Stay away.

This property is so cute… it was not a big overpriced high rise.. I was sad to hear that they are closing in the fall for good to knock it down and build a big high rise.. you just can’t find these kind of mom and pop type places anymore 😢
