“It was very nice, very clean, and very convenient to everything. The bed was comfortable and the bath linens were nice quality. I would highly recommend it and would stay there again. Not criticizing just recommending, add some type of “instruction” sheet to know where to find HVAC remote, operate the smart/multi-function light switch for the bathroom, and other features of the rental. The light switch is neat but I’d never seen/used one like it.”

“The only reason, but a huge one, for the lower rating is the furniture. None of the sitting spaces were comfortable. The sofa was so small and hard and the 2 side chairs were so uncomfortable. We left a day early because the weather changed and we were going to have to stay inside. The prospect had us packing. ”

“Pretty Italian villa style property. Across the street from the beach. Great rooftop restaurant. Sara, who manages the restaurant, is friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfy. Kids slept on the pullout sofa. Spacious and clean. St. Simons is really neat. Loved our time!”

“Very clean! Lovely interior! Perfect location to a very uncrowded portion of the beach. A nice 3 minute walk to the beach. Very close to the pier and restaurants. Only complaint would be the mattress in the master needs to be changed out. There was a serious dip in the mattress. Also, some blackout curtains would help due to the outside lights of the property. Other than that, fabulous stay!”

“Pros- great location! Easy walk to the beach. Apartment is as described on the listing. Very clean. Cons- the rental does have a Keurig as listed but you need to bring your own pods. The master bedroom has a sliding door that is only covered with a light beige pull down blind that is see through. Doesn’t ever actually get very dark and people can see in.”

“We loved our stay at Emily's House! We went for a last min family getaway to St Simon's Island, the location and condo were perfect. Right across the street from the beach and within walking to shopping and dining. we will definitely be back!”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but a few maintenance and communication issues kept it from being a five-star experience.The property management company mentioned a Happy Stays guest portal, but we never received the access code and therefore could not access the home’s guidebook. As a result, we had limited instructions for the property’s amenities, including the TV.A few items in the home also need attention:* The front door knob has a childproof cover that makes it extremely difficult to open.*...
